What You Get
When a new visitor "clicks through" to cranksports.com from your web site, they will become an Affiliate Customer of yours. You then receive a credit for all cranksports.com purchases (including e-Gel and e-Fuel) made by your affiliate customers. Unlike other affiliate programs that only credit you for first time purchases made during the first click-through, Crank Sports Affiliates continue to earn credits for all future purchases made by their affiliate customers.

Affiliate Payments
All cash payments are made quarterly. At the end of each quarter you will be sent a check for the entire balance of your affiliate account if it exceeds the $50 minimum. If your account balance is less than $50, the balance will be carried forward to the following quarter until the $50 minimum is achieved. If you leave the affiliate program before the $50 minimum is achieved, then the outstanding balance may be applied as a discount on any cranksports.com product purchase.

Double Your Earnings
Affiliates that are interested in receiving products (e-Gel and e-Fuel) instead of cash will receive double the benefits. For example, if you have a $100 credit in your account, you can elect to receive $100 cash or $200 worth of Crank Sports products.

Reports and Tracking
When you become a Crank Sports Affiliate, you will be given access to complete account activity and history reports. All information is updated in real-time and is designed to allow you to see how productive your linking efforts are. Using this information you can make appropriate adjustments to maximize your earnings. The reports include a complete history of:

• Click-Throughs
• Unique Visitors
• Page Views
• Affiliate Customers (visitors that have created an account)
• Pending Sales (sales in process)
• Completed Sales (sales that have been credit to your account)
• Account History (all credits and cash payments)

New Customer Identification
The Crank Sports Affiliate program is unique in that a customer does not have to purchase or even join the cranksports.com web site on their first click-through from your site to be considered your Affiliate Customer. Crank Sports writes a cookie to the browser of each new visitor, thus allowing us to identify the initial referral source. So if a customer clicks-through from your site and returns six months later to make a purchase, you will still get the credit (unless the customer has deleted the cookie). Likewise, if a visitor to your site is already a Crank Sports customer, then they are not eligible to become an affiliate customer of yours.

Restrictions
Crank Sports and Race360 will terminate any affiliate whose Web sites (and/or online activity) promotes, links to, and/or engages in any of the following:

• Pornography, obscene, or offensive content
• Violence or hate-oriented speech
• Extensive religious commentary or attempts to preach or solicit members for a particular church or faith
• Gambling
• Libel or defamation
• Illegal substances
• Unsolicited commercial email (Spam) or trademark infringement
• Any other type of misleading, fraudulent, or illegal activity

• Affiliate's web content is not with consistent with our guidelines
• Affiliate is not actively linking to Race360.com and/or cranksports.com
• Affiliate generates no direct traffic to Race360.com or cranksports.com for 30 consecutive days
