Time Frame
All request for refunds, exchanges or web site credit must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date.

Food Items (e-Gel and e-Fuel)
Crank Sports will exchange or credit your account, less our shipping expenses and a 30% return fee, for the unused portion of any item retuned to our distribution facility. The 30% return fee is due to the fact that we can not resell food items that are returned. In any event, please call our customer service department to discuss your options and to arrange for the product return if necessary.

Clothing and Gear
Clothing and gear that is in new, unused condition can be retuned for exchange or web site credit, less our shipping expenses. Prior to returning any item, please contact our customer service department for instructions.
