Crank Track
is a web-based tool designed to allow you to log, track and analyze
virtually all of your training data. Crank Track is free of charge, but
you will be asked to create a Club Crank profile before you can begin
using the system.
Use these buttons to access Crank Track (also available on the top
navigation bar):

Crank Track features include:
- buddy access feature allows
you to share information with friends around the world
- coach access feature to allow
coaches to create and review your workouts on-line
- sports including: running,
cycling, mountain biking, climbing, swimming and two user defined
options for any other sports
- optional "save
course" feature allows you to quickly enter training data on
your most frequently used courses
- recording and calculation of
workout times, distances, speed, pace and level of effort
- split times (out and back),
along with split pace and speed calculations
- terrain and surface tracking
- weight and caloric intake
tracking
- heart rate (resting and
working) tracking
- injury and nutritional
tracking
- weather conditions
- instant retrieval of you
training data in a variety of tabular and graphical formats
