Have you ever ordered something from Amazon that arrived in a box 3 times larger than the product? It’s a waste of packing material, takes up more room than necessary on the trucks and planes, etc., it just seems excessively wasteful. With that in mind we custom design our shipping boxes to pack every order as efficiently as possible.
But what’s with the names?

Gone but never forgotten!
The first group of boxes are named after our pets that are no longer living, it’s a great way of keeping their memories alive. It’s the least that we could do because they all literally spent their lives giving us great memories!!
Mini Box
Mini was a little mini black cat and the Mini Box is for our smallest shipments. If you order an e-Gel Trial Pack or one of our smaller sampler kits you’ll likely receive it in the Mini Box!
Smudge Box
Smudge was a black lab boarder collie mix and today the Smudge Box is one of our most common boxes used to ship our top selling SKUs, the e-Gel Pro Pack and e-Gel Turbo Pro Pack.
Lizzy Box
Lizzy was a ruby cavalier spaniel and she was fast like a flash. The Lizzy Box has been redesigned twice over the years and now can hold two full boxes of e-Gel.
Bella Box
Bella was also a ruby cavalier spaniel and Lizzy’s significantly larger sister. As such, the Bella Box can hold two e-Gel Pro Packs and is our second most used box behind the Smudge.
Jack Box
Jack was a cat that thought he was a dog. The Jack Box has been redesigned twice and currently is used almost exclusively for a single canister of e-Fuel.
Buddy Box
Buddy was a golden retriever and sister to Nutmeg. The Buddy Box is currently a special use box for packages weighing about 20 lbs/
London Box
London was a golden retriever and like most golden’s he loved everyone and was loved by all. The London Box is our largest box and can hold 2 Stevie Boxes (see living legends below). When a London Box is fully loaded it comes in at just under 50 lbs.

Arya Box
Arya is a black cat living Colorado and the Arya Box is perfectly sized for 3 canisters of e-Fuel or 3 boxes of e-Gel.
Snow Box
Jon Snow (aka Snowie, Snowmobile and Scarlet Snowhansson) is Arya’s brother, also living in Colorado. The Snow Box was designed to hold 2 canisters of e-Fuel but industry changes to dimension pricing has required us retire the original custom Snow Box and redesign it from the ground up. Right now we are using a generic Snow Box with a new custom version on the way. Stay tuned!
Lou Box
Lou is Macie’s first cat and he currently lives here is Oceanside. The Lou Box was designed to hold any combination of 4 canisters of e-Fuel or 4 boxes of e-Gel.
Stevie Box
Stevie is Lou’s little sister also living here in Oceanside. The Stevie Box is designed to help any combination of 6 canisters of e-Fuel or 6 boxes of e-Gel.
The Rest ...
We currently have 6 different size generic brown boxes without names, and as they get designed into custom printed versions they will get their pet name.
