For carbohydrates, sugars, protein and fat (below), total up the number of GRAMS of each in all of the products that you will be using during you marathon. For example, a typical pack of GU has 22 grams of carbs, so if you use 4 packs then you would enter 88 for Carbohydrate grams. Do the same for sugars, fat, protein and fiber.
