Crank Sports will exchange or provide credit for the unused and unopened portion of any food item retuned to our distribution facility, less shipping charges. Please note that it is company policy to not resell food items that are returned in order to guarantee product safety and integrity for all of our customers. For this reason, we respectfully ask that you only return food items when necessary. When returning items, please reference your order number.

If you’re new to e-Fuel (our drink mix) we recommend trying our single serve packets first since we can not take back a full canister once it has been opened.
