Currently, I am training for my first Ironman and for the past 3+ years, I’ve been searching for a hydrating-electrolyte drink for riding and running. I’ve tried Gatorade and that drink works fine on the bike, but it kills my stomach on the run. I’ve tried GU 2 O, but it’s a powdery mess and tends to clump in the bottle. I’ve tried other drinks, but nothing seemed to work for me because the sugar content was high.

A friend referred me to e-Fuel and let me sample one of her packets and she’s aware of some of my problems with fueling when training and racing. I then ordered the sample pack tried it on the run and I was sold. I just order my 2nd order and plan on using e-Fuel in my first Ironman in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
