I have just recently started riding Moutain bike with a new Group of guys.(All of which have been riding way longer than me) I am now 38 years young and I feel that e-Fuel and e-Gel have enhanced my endurance big time! I love to ride hard, but was cramping alot in my legs. Since adding the new product into my work out; I now ride harder and longer with no cramps yet!
