First, I have to say something about Crank Sports service. I ordered 14 boxes on a Thursday at 2:00 pm and got them on Friday at 3:00! Remarkable service!! Two days later I ran a 50 km race, finishing 2nd in my age group. It was the first time I have used e-Gel instead of my usual gels. I’m prone to cramping but I had NONE, as well as not even the slightest twinge. I’m impressed with e-Gel and will switch exclusively to it in all future races as well as training. This is really a product that delivers what it promises.
