After close to three years of recovering from an injury I am finally back running. I have been training with both e-Gel and e-Fuel through the extreme summer in Dallas. My first race was this past weekend and I improved my half-marathon PR by over three minutes, averaging sub-7 minute miles. I drank an e-Fuel on the bus ride to the start, took an e-Gel five minutes before the start, at the 5.5 and 11 mile markers.
