My son used the e-Gel after graduating high school to compete in a 5 k race. After a month of coached training he did a personal best in the race and came in first place! He swears by the gel. He now is attending the US Merchant Marine Academy and likes the gel to give him a boost through out the day with all the PT and running they do.

Keep up the good work. I’ll be buying for 4 more years.
